DESCRIPTION:Please note details for the 2025 East Cheshire Harriers Primary Schools Cross Country Grand Prix. \nDATES:              Saturday 4th October\, Saturday 11th October and Saturday 18th October  \n TIME:                  Registration – 9.30am   \n                            First Race – 10 am\nVENUE:              East Cheshire Harriers and Tameside Athletic Club\, Richmond Street Athletics Stadium\, Richmond Street\, Ashton-under-Lyne\, OL7 9HG \n COST:                £30 per school (Cheques made payable to Tameside Athletics Development Group – NOT TAMESIDE SPORTS TRUST).  \nIf schools don’t wish to enter but individuals from within the school do\, there will be a £3 charge per race on the race day.  \n BACS-A/C:         Name: Tameside Athletics Development Group \n                            Bank: Nat West A/C 11512261-Sort Code 01-00-39 \n AGE GROUPS:  U 9 girls and boys – over 2 laps (1870 meters) \n                            U11 girls and boys – over 2 laps (1870 meters) \nThe race will give children the opportunity\, many of them their first\, to take part in Cross Country competition. The event is a good way for your school to prepare for the Cross Country Championships which will take place in January 2026 on the same course. \n\nRegistration takes place from 30am\nwith the first race (years 3 / 4 girls) starting at 10am\nthis will be followed by year 3 / 4 boys\nyear 5 / 6 girls\nand the last race being the year 5 / 6 boys\n\nYou may bring as many children as you like\, but you need at least 4 to finish a scoring team\,  (you can still run if you don’t have 4). \nTo confirm your entry please complete the attached application form and return as indicated\, along with payment. Please note\, closing date for entries is:- 1st OCTOBER 2025
