The FA Active Play through storytelling training course and supporting resources have been developed to support 'the beginner girl' aged 5-8 in developing their physical literacy, speaking and listening skills through the medium of creative play and storytelling.This is a 3 hour non-assessed workshop involving theory and practical-based learning. You will explore the benefits of play and fundamental movements to support the challenges young girls face when engaging with physical activity.
Audience: School staff who support lunchtime play, teachers, teaching assistants, lunchtime supervisors or other support staff. Ideal for teachers wanting to cascade their learning on to playground leaders.
