This is the closing date for the Tameside School Games virtual Mile. Your pupils should run a marked out 1 mile track (or 1600 metres) and practice this. Before the deadline date of today- please send Emma your results of your top 4 runners in each of the following age groups:
Year 3/4 Boys
Year 3/4 Girls
Year 5/6 Boys
Year 5/6 Girls
This can be done as an after school club or as a competition held on site. We will produce a league table of scores and the Top 3 in each category will receive a medal and all participants will receive a certificate. The school who has the most competitors (please let Emma know this on your entry) will receive a prize and the winning school overall (combined times/ scores) will receive a trophy.
